McDonald's in Neustadt in Holstein

We were super thankful for this drive through option today. Our kitchen is being installed, and because of the pandemic, we didn't have too many options. I'm generally not a fan of fast food, but there's a time and place for everything.

What time do I have to show up to get fresh and not limp, stale Chicken McNuggets? If you think you don't have to hand out freshly prepared products at 10 p.m., then just close earlier.

Absolutely not to be recommended! You can tell that the people who work there don't feel like doing this job! Just replace listless people with machines! Things are constantly being forgotten in the position and the employees are not able to speak German! A big thumbs down !!!

Bought 9 pieces of chicken burger, got 6 pieces and the 3 other burgers were double chesse burgers, thanks for that 👍

After the unfriendly employee at the drive in, I lost my appetite for food (this was quite warm compared to other Mcdonalds)

I found out from a friend that the ice machine in the kitchen was always broken. Fun I knew it before now give me a free ice cream then 5 stars!

Because of Covid19 one of the few ways to get a cooked, warm meal outside. In the drive in by far. If you have to wait a bit, there is a parking space so that the following guests are not delayed too long. The dish is then brought to your car. Super Service.

Because it should be quick today, my friend brought some food from McDonalds on the way home. However, did not check this on site. At home we noticed that both HappyMeals had no toys. This is of course annoying and disappointing for the children ...

Ok service can talk more to the customers whether e.g. the order is ready

I can't recommend it, the drive-in employee was extremely unfriendly, as we were there without a car, we had to walk through the drive-in, but we were only allowed to order at a certain point. (Why can't you order something to be picked up from a machine?). Then we were asked which special offer glass we wanted. However, none of us then had a glass in the bag. The burgers were really impossible, the Mcrib couldn't be eaten, the whole pack was full of barbecue sauce and the McChicken only tasted mayo. And then we got a napkin. A! A catastrophe from start to finish.

Friendly service. Fast service. There were 2! free cola glasses ;-)

Very clean, friendly staff and freshly prepared food! Great keep it up.

Clean, tidy, nice staff and, above all, always warm food ... all things that unfortunately have not been taken for granted at McDonalds for a long time ...

With all due respect for the workload, newly learned language and perhaps not the best pay, I as a customer find it quite outrageous when the cashier at the McDrive is still skyping privately. That is not service-oriented and should be sanctioned! I also just came home from work and had to deal with customers all day long and my cell phone is left out privately.

Food was ok, but not as hot as you would expect. Food was brought to our table, although we first had to ask that the table be cleaned. The next table was also dirty and unfortunately there were leftovers on another table, which stayed that way during our stay. The view of the kitchen floor was also not so sparkling with the garbage.

Is it really that hard to read an order? I and a colleague were just there, ordered something to take away. Apparently you always have to control the work directly. Two things were missing.

One portal doesn't work at all, the next one doesn't take an ec card (but you should pay cashless. Great system. Nobody at the counter. I left again because the managing director or better shift supervisor was totally overwhelmed. Sad, sad for such a company. Every currywurst stand is 100 times better

System catering. Interchangeable because the same everywhere. You go there because it's quick (not always. The new system with the terminals sometimes hampers speed) But once was cheap.

The 2 stars are for the nice service, but the toilets are really awkward

As soon as we got in the door we were caught and had to write our names with address, telephone number and email address on a piece of paper. We could read the complete addresses of the people in front of us. Where is the data protection please? We left right away, something like that doesn't work!

Very nice McDonald's. Was the first time there and have tried the Big Mac Bacon and found it very delicious. Even with the order and the service everything worked out great :)
